At The Heart Bible College & Campus Chapel, we want our policies to be clear, fair, and easy to understand. We also want to avoid the ancient tradition of making people dig through legal fog to figure out whether they can get their money back.

This page explains our policies for application fees, tuition deposits, payment plans, store purchases, and digital downloads.

A $100 application fee is required to begin the admissions process and is non-refundable.

Applicants may also choose to submit a $200 tuition deposit, which includes:

If an applicant withdraws before enrollment is finalized and before course access is granted, the $100 tuition deposit portion may be refunded. The application fee portion remains non-refundable.

Once a student is enrolled, granted course access, or begins participation in the course or program, deposits paid are no longer refundable and will be applied toward tuition.

Payment plans are available to help students begin at a manageable pace.

The minimum monthly payment is $100 per month, with 0% interest. Students may also choose to pay more each month or divide the remaining tuition more evenly across the academic year.

Students may progress through a program at their own pace. This means a student may take longer than the standard academic year to complete a course or program if needed. However, the minimum monthly payment remains $100 per month regardless of pace.

All tuition must be paid in full before a course or program is completed and before academic credit is issued.

Any late fee will be waived if payment is received within 3 business days of the due date.

Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

Used, damaged, or marked books are not eligible for return.

If a book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, we do not offer refunds on downloadable books, resources, or other digital materials except in cases of duplicate purchase, failed delivery, or a technical problem we are unable to correct.
